On the 1st July 2010 the Western Australian government granted Vince Garreffa permission  to sell horse meat for human consumption. This decision needs to be overturned immediately as we do not agree with the way these horses are slaughtered and definately do not agree with horses being served on dinner plates. This decision is disgusting and we need your help to change this decision before anymore horses are killed.

Stop the sale of horse meat for human consumption in Western Australia.

Greetings, Dept of Agriculture, Terry Redman MLA, Colin Barnett MEc MLA and Vince Garetta

The news of the decision you made on the 1st of July, 2010 to allow butcher Vince Garreffa to sell horse meat from his business for human consumption has been heard world wide and people are furious with this decision, we are asking you to seriously reconsider and overturn this decision immediately. 
Many people are disgusted with the way the horses will be slaughtered and extremely upset that you would even consider the idea of humans consuming horses. Horses have served humans for centuries and this is the way we treat them for their loyalty. As the news has spread many people have stated that they will boycott Western Australia and many will boycott  Mondo Meats if this decision is not overturned. 
We are asking you to listen to the people of Australia and the world, DO NOT allow these horses to be slaughtered for human consumption. Overturn the decision IMMEDIATLY!!!
